0:00All right, this is one of the craziest features on LYRC, and it's called Rollout. It basically allows you to create up to 30 videos at once and then also auto-schedule them to your Instagram to be posted. All right, as I'm editing this, I realized I forgot to show you guys
0:15how to connect to your Instagram. So you just go over to your profile settings. I have mine connected already, but obviously we'll disconnect. Now I have no Instagram connected.
0:25I'll just hit the connect button. I will connect to this account, but if I wanted to choose a different one, I would just hit switch and log in with that account. I'll hit allow, and it'll send you back to LYRC.
0:36Now you have your Instagram fully connected. That's all you have to do. So in order to get there, it's literally the top button on the dashboard, and so you can just click that. And by the way, everything that you can reach from the dashboard
0:47is also reachable from up here. So you can go to generate and then roll out. So basically you'll choose any number of templates. I got these four right here selected, and you can also select how many videos from 5 to 30.
1:00I'm just going to do 10 for the sake of this demo so you guys can see how it works. Next, you choose the aspect ratio. I usually like going with 16.9 just because I think it looks cleaner, but you could do whatever.
1:11Now you choose the footage that you want to actually use in the videos. So say I go into my movies folder. I'll go Project X, Spider-Man, Tron, and you can either mix them all together so they'll all be used in every video, or you can just do one source per video.
1:26So now you go over here, and you can actually see what the video is going to look like. You can cycle through presets. If you don't want to use a certain preset, you can just deselect them. So for this one, let's just do Heartless, Brick, and Brat.
1:39Actually, let's not do Brick. Let's do Fly. You can change the sizes of them. If you were to use 916, it would obviously highlight that.
1:46Or if you were to do both, you know what, let's just do both. And you'll see how it works, how it randomly and intelligently selects which aspect ratio to use for each video. But yeah, that's basically it. So I want to bring down the size on this one.
1:58I want to bring the size down on this one. You can cycle the highlight colors as well. All these are looking pretty good to me. Oh, by the way, you can also put text hooks on, but that's only going to apply to half
2:08of your 916 videos. I usually leave them off. But it's also worth noting, you can adjust every single video afterwards. So it's going to create it exactly like a normal project.
2:18So I'll just hit start the rollout. And you'll see just in a couple seconds. So I don't like that clip, you know, because it's fading in. It just doesn't look good.
2:32And so I'm just going to shuffle it. And if you want more control over it, obviously you can change the presets over here, the color. And this is just like a little bit of a dumbed down version of what you get in the editor.
2:48So if you want to open it in the editor, have full control over it, add some effects. You can do that as well. Say you don't like some of the clips for whatever reason, the footage doesn't match or you don't like the preset, whatever.
3:01You can just discard it right there. And now it's gone. If you accidentally discard one, you can just go back here and you can unditch it. But I don't like that one, so I'm going to ditch it.
3:14Yeah, it's pretty tough. Don't like that one. I'm going to shuffle it. You can individually export.
3:20You can change the footage that you're using. So say I want to use like a nature one for this. I can just shuffle again. It's going to all nature clips.
3:28I can post it directly from this page, but what I would recommend doing is just going to the next step. So you go post seven. I already have every day scheduled until September 9th. So now there's a little block where we can post these videos.
3:43You can choose the start date. You can select like every day, every two days, every three days, whatever you want to do. And then choose a posting window, and it's going to post some time in between those times.
3:57And you'll be able to see exactly when all these are scheduled for just by clicking on them. You can see the caption. You can drag them to switch the days that they're going to be posted. Pretty much anything you want to do, you can do.
4:09You want to make sure that these are the actual names of the songs. You just type it in. If it's not, you save it. And that way, it's going to use the name of the song down here.
4:18All right, so what I'm going to do now is I'm just going to schedule these seven posts. It's going to export all of them. It has the rollout seven videos. It's going to do that in the background.
4:28And when they're exported, they'll just be ready to post. You can also see this from the posts page. You can see everything that's scheduled. Obviously, these are still rendering, so not going to show.
4:39But you basically have all the same functionality as you had on rollout. And if for any reason you wanted to export those videos, you could just download the zip file. And like I said, you could do up to 30 at a time.
4:50That's pretty much it. Rollout is not the only way to post, though. You can also just post directly from the editor or from the exports. So obviously, you can see we have the post button there.
5:03You can write a caption. You can also post it as a trial reel. So this won't go out to your main grid. It won't be shown to your followers.
5:10It'll only be shown to people who don't follow you, which is a really good growth tactic for Instagram. You could also schedule from directly this page. But if you even want to skip that, you know, you can just hit the post button here.
5:22I'm just going to say Spider-Man is goaded. And by the way, you can only post trial reels on Instagram if you have, I think, a thousand plus followers. Or if Instagram gave you access to trial reels. If you don't have them, then it won't work from LYRC, just so you know.
5:37I'm just going to export that and post it now. All right, there we go. So yeah, pretty goaded. You should see it also reflected on this posting grid.
5:54But yeah, that's how you post from LYRC to your Instagram. So yeah, that's how you post your Instagram.
