Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

All subscription payments, annual subscriptions, and credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable.

If you have an issue — forgot to cancel before a renewal, experienced a billing error, or have extenuating circumstances — reach out to us and we'll review your case. We're real people and we want to be fair.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

2. How Credits Work

2.1 Monthly Subscription Credits

Unused subscription credits roll over when your subscription renews. At each renewal you receive your plan's fresh credits plus your unused credits from the previous period, up to a cap: your subscription balance can grow to at most 2× your plan's per-period credit allowance (the rolled-over portion is capped at 1× the allowance).

Rolled-over credits require an active subscription. They are removed if your subscription ends, is canceled (at the end of your billing period), or a renewal payment fails.

2.2 Credit Packs

Credits from credit packs never expire. They are added to your balance permanently and are preserved across billing renewals, plan changes, and cancellations.

2.3 What Happens When You Cancel

If you cancel your subscription:

• Your subscription benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period
• Monthly subscription credits, including any rolled-over (banked) credits, are removed when your billing period ends
• Credit pack credits are preserved and remain in your account

Monthly subscription credits — including banked rollover credits — do not survive cancellation. Credit pack credits are yours to keep.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.

When you cancel:

• Your current billing period stays active until its end date
• No future charges will occur
• You keep access to all features and credits until your period ends

If you meant to cancel but forgot and got charged on a renewal, contact us and we'll review your case.

4. Failed Generations

If a video or image generation fails due to a technical issue on LYRC's side:

• Credits are automatically returned to your account
• You do not need to contact support
• This happens 100% of the time for system failures

If you believe credits were deducted but not refunded (sometimes glitches happen), contact us and we'll investigate. We'll make it right every single time.

5. Referral & Affiliate Credits

Credits earned through our referral program work differently:

• Referral credits are a one-time bonus added to your account
• They cannot be cashed out or converted to money — they have no monetary value
• Referral credits are non-refundable
• You can only use one referral code per account (at signup)
• There's no limit to how many people you can refer

Note: If a generation fails while using referral credits, those credits are still automatically refunded like any other credits.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We resolve issues quickly and fairly.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension and loss of access to your projects.

7. System Abuse

If you are caught manipulating our credit system or exploiting bugs, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your account without refund.

However, if you discover a bug or security issue, please report it to us. We may reward you for responsible disclosure.
