Refund & Cancellation Policy

LYRC LLC ("LYRC", "we", "our", "us")

We want every artist using LYRC to have a great experience. This policy explains how refunds, credit reversals, and cancellations work.

1. Credit Purchases (Non-Refundable)

When you buy generation credits on LYRC:

If a generation fails due to a LYRC system error, we may return credits automatically.

We do not provide refunds for accidental purchases, unused credits, or user error.

2. Subscription Plans

(If you add subscriptions like Starter/Pro later — this covers you.)

2.1 Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings or by contacting support.

Cancelling stops future billing, but:

Once a subscription renews, that charge is non-refundable.

If you meant to cancel but forgot, contact support — we may help in special cases at our discretion, but we are not obligated to refund.

3. Failed Generations & Automatic Credit Returns

If a video or audio generation fails due to a technical issue on LYRC:

Generations that fail due to user error, corrupted uploads, or misleading prompts are not eligible for refunds.

4. Chargebacks / Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback without contacting LYRC first may result in:
