Refund & Cancellation Policy

LYRC LLC ("LYRC", "we", "our", "us")

We want every artist using LYRC to have a great experience. This policy explains how refunds, credits, and cancellations work.

1. Refund Policy

All subscription payments, annual subscriptions, and credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable.

If you have an issue — forgot to cancel before a renewal, experienced a billing error, or have extenuating circumstances — reach out to us and we'll review your case. We're real people and we want to be fair.

To request a review:

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

2. How Credits Work

2.1 Monthly Subscription Credits

Credits included with your subscription expire at the end of your billing cycle (30 days). When your subscription renews, you receive a fresh set of credits for that new billing period.

2.2 Credit Packs

Credits from credit packs never expire. They are added to your balance permanently and are preserved across billing renewals, plan changes, and cancellations.

2.3 What Happens When You Cancel

If you cancel your subscription:

Monthly subscription credits do not survive cancellation. Credit pack credits are yours to keep.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.

When you cancel:

If you meant to cancel but forgot and got charged on a renewal, contact us and we'll review your case.

4. Failed Generations

If a video or image generation fails due to a technical issue on LYRC's side:

If you believe credits were deducted but not refunded (sometimes glitches happen), contact us and we'll investigate. We'll make it right every single time.

5. Referral & Affiliate Credits

Credits earned through our referral program work differently:

Note: If a generation fails while using referral credits, those credits are still automatically refunded like any other credits.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We resolve issues quickly and fairly.

How to reach us:

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension and loss of access to your projects.

7. System Abuse

If you are caught manipulating our credit system or exploiting bugs, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your account without refund.

However, if you discover a bug or security issue, please report it to us. We may reward you for responsible disclosure.
