This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels, scripts) that LYRC LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company uses on lyrc.studio. It adds detail to our Privacy Policy.
1. Your choices
- Cookie banner: on your first visit you can accept, or open the settings and choose analytics and advertising separately. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, Reject is right on the banner.
- Change your mind anytime: use the button below, or "Cookie Preferences" in the footer of our site and of artist pages.
- Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends GPC, advertising stays off and we don't send advertising events about you from our servers either.
- Your browser: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop sign-in from working.
LYRC's own analytics and advertising tools stay off until you choose to allow them. Artists' own pixels on artist pages follow Section 5. Turning any of them off later reloads the page to remove them; it doesn't delete data already collected.

We also use Sentry to record errors (with your account ID, the page and browser details). It doesn't set cookies.

Visit stats on artist pages use no cookies and store nothing on visitors' devices. Our Privacy Policy explains what they record.

We may also send signup and purchase events to Meta and Reddit directly from our servers. Those follow the same choice: never if you declined advertising, have GPC on, or are in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland without saying yes. Details in our Privacy Policy.
Artists can add their own pixels, which send events to the artist's ad account: a Meta Pixel on some listening (ONCE) pages (page views and listening), and a Meta or TikTok Pixel on their artist page (page views, link taps and signups). On artist pages these never load with GPC on or after you said no. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, and when your device's time zone doesn't show where you are, they wait for you to tap Accept, and a yes you gave on lyrc.studio before artists could add pixels doesn't count for them. Elsewhere they load without asking until you turn them off. Details in our Privacy Policy.
6. Embedded content
- Artist pages can show Spotify and Apple Music players. Those are loaded from Spotify and Apple, which may set their own cookies and see your IP address.
- Listening pages can show a Laylo sign-up form, loaded from Laylo.
- The editor and some pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address but doesn't set cookies.
7. Storage on your device
The editor stores layout settings, recent projects, unsent drafts and caches of thumbnails and media on your device (local storage, session storage, IndexedDB and Cache Storage) so it loads faster. This data stays in your browser and isn't used to track you.
8. Changes
When we add a cookie or tool that needs your consent, we'll update this page and ask for your choice again.
