Need Help With LYRC?
If you are experiencing issues with rendering, billing, errors, or anything else inside LYRC, this is the official support page. We provide several ways to get assistance depending on the urgency of your situation.
Primary Support Email
For general support, technical problems, billing questions, or account requests, contact:

Please include:
- The email address associated with your LYRC account
- Your project ID (if relevant)

Response Times
We aim to respond to all support requests within 72 hours. Response times may vary depending on volume or holidays.
If your issue is preventing you from using LYRC completely, include the word "URGENT" in the subject line of your email so we can prioritize it.
Information to Include in Your Request
To help resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- The email address you use to log in to LYRC
- Your project ID or relevant file name
- A clear description of the problem
- Any error messages that appeared
- The approximate time the issue occurred (including your timezone)
- Screenshots or screen recordings
Providing this information significantly speeds up support resolution.
Cancelling Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Billing. The cancel option is located at the bottom of the page, below the FAQs section.
You will keep full access until the end of your current billing period.
Account & Data Requests
Account Deletion
You can delete your account directly from Settings → Profile. The delete option is at the bottom of the profile page. This will permanently remove your account, cancel any active subscription, and delete your data.
Other Requests
For other account-related changes, including:
- Questions about personal data
- Corrections to your account information
- Data export requests
Please email support@lyrc.studio from the same email address used on your LYRC account. This helps verify your identity before sensitive actions are taken.
