We aim to respond to all support requests within 72 hours. Response times may vary depending on volume or holidays.

If your issue is preventing you from using LYRC completely, include the word "URGENT" in the subject line of your email so we can prioritize it.

Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Billing. The cancel option is located at the bottom of the page, below the FAQs section.

You will keep full access until the end of your current billing period.

Account & Data Requests

Account Deletion

You can delete your account directly from Settings → Profile. The delete option is at the bottom of the profile page. This will permanently remove your account, cancel any active subscription, and delete your data.
