Acceptable Use Policy

1. Respect other people's rights

• Don't upload, import or publish music, lyrics, footage, images or fonts you don't own or have permission to use.
• Don't import movies, TV shows, other artists' music videos or other commercial content you don't have a license for.
• Don't use other people's trademarks or brands in ways that confuse people about who made something or who endorses it.

2. Real people and likeness

• Only use photos of yourself or of people who gave you permission. For anyone under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
• No deepfakes of real people without their consent, and no content that makes it look like a real person said or did something they didn't.
• No impersonating artists, celebrities, LYRC or anyone else, and no fake endorsements.
• No intimate or sexual images of a real person without their consent, whether real or AI-generated.
• Don't remove or hide labels, watermarks or metadata that mark content as AI-generated, and disclose AI content where the law requires it.

3. Harmful content

• Nothing that sexualizes minors, ever. We report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as the law requires.
• No pornographic or sexually explicit content.
• No threats, harassment, bullying or doxxing.
• No hate speech or content attacking people for their race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or similar traits.
• No content promoting violence, terrorism, self-harm or dangerous acts.
• No content that breaks the law where you live or in the United States.

4. Scams and deception

• No fraud, scams, phishing, or links to malware.
• No misleading content meant to deceive people about elections, public safety or health.
• No passing off AI-generated footage as real footage where that would mislead people.

5. Instagram, posting and messages

• Follow Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines for everything LYRC posts or sends for you.
• Comment replies are only for people who commented your keyword and should give them what they asked for. No spam, no unrelated promotions, no misleading links.
• Don't use LYRC to buy, fake or automate likes, follows, views or comments.
• Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

6. Artist pages

• Your artist page should represent you or an artist you are authorized to represent.
• Don't use a page name, photo or links to pretend to be another artist or brand.
• No links to illegal downloads, malware or scams.

7. The service itself

• Don't hack, probe, overload or disrupt LYRC or other users.
• Don't scrape LYRC, copy our stock library, or use LYRC or its outputs to build a competing product or dataset.
• Don't reverse-engineer LYRC except where the law lets you.
• Don't get around credit costs, plan limits, paywalls, watermarks, rate limits or security.
• Don't share, sell or transfer accounts, and don't make extra accounts to collect free or promotional credits.
• Don't exploit bugs. If you find one, tell us at support@lyrc.studio. We may reward responsible reports.
• Don't run automated traffic (including through AI assistants or API tokens) at a volume that harms the service.

8. Reporting a problem

• Copyright: follow our DMCA process.
• Content showing you without permission, including deepfakes: see our likeness removal process.
• Intimate images shared without consent: see our 48-hour removal process.
• Anything else: email support@lyrc.studio with links or screenshots.

9. What we do about violations

We don't review everything before it's posted, but we may review content and act when we learn of a problem. Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, block a feature, suspend or close an account, keep credits from being refunded, or report it to law enforcement. If you think we got it wrong, email support@lyrc.studio and we'll take another look.
